Click the New Item icon and add a new item called &Balloon Tooltips
IMPORTANT:
1. Set the Use Variable to LOC:TipStyleBalloon (do not use ?LOC:TipStyleBalloon)
2. Check the Toggle (on/off) Item box
TipLink will manage the check marks for you when the user changes tooltip shapes by any method.
Click the Actions tab and then the Embeds button to add a code template.
Click INSERT to add an embed and type TipLink in the search bar.
From the list of TipLink code templates select TipLink:Balloon
Click OK to accept the code template
