If you have selected xToolTip as your controller, then you will have an option (automatically selected) to disable the icon and tooltip title on the balloon tips created by xToolTip.
The PowerOffice balloon Tooltips do not support the icon or title, so TipLink disables the ones in xToolTip to provide a consistent user interface.
You have the option to not remove the icon or title, but we suggest that you do allow TipLink to remove it as it will make your programs look more professional by providing a seamless interface.
