In the Clarion Window Formatter, double-click the menu (or add a new menu first - then double-click it).
You will see this screen (the Menu editor):
Click the New Menu folder icon and type &Options as the name of the menu
If you want to allow the user to change tip types, create two more menu items named Balloon Tooltips and Normal Tooltips as shown in the next sections

Note that there are also two templates that simply turn tooltips On or Off in case you want to use them with buttons. You just create the button and put the code template in it's embed (just like all of these examples)
